FREE ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR ACADEMIC RECORD ON COMPLETION OF YOUR COURSE
As a service to our graduates, from August 2024 we will provide a free electronic copy of your academic transcript (via My eQuals (https://www.myequals.edu.au/) ) once you have been deemed ‘Completed and awaiting conferral’ and eligible to graduate from your course.
Your graduation eligibility will be assessed automatically in the weeks after results are released but if you need this urgently, you can make a specific request via AskUNE (https://askune.custhelp.com/) . Once your course completion status is confirmed, your transcript will be provided free of charge.
We will also provide a free copy of your Academic Transcript (via My eQuals (https://www.myequals.edu.au/) ) immediately following your graduation ceremony which will indicate your degree has been ‘Conferred’. This will be done automatically without you needing to request it.
You will be provided with access to your documents via the personal email address you have already provided to us in your contact details, or if none is on record, via your UNE email address.
If you require your academic transcript at any other point during or after your studies at UNE, you will need to order and pay using the form below.

What are my choices?
Your academic transcript can be provided to you as either a paper copy or an electronic copy, or both.
The paper copy is printed on official tamper proof paper and posted to the address you provide below. Parties that you provide this document to may request further verification of the document.
The electronic copy will be made available to you via My eQuals, a secure platform jointly owned by Australian and New Zealand Tertiary Education providers. You will be provided with access to your documents via the email address you provide below. You can then allow and control access by third parties (such as potential employers, or other higher education institutions) who can view your verified documents via the platform according to the parameters you set. Your access to your verified documents on this platform will continue indefinitely. You can view their Privacy Policy at https://www.myequals.edu.au/privacy/
What does it cost?
(for hardcopies normal post is included)
(eg 2 x hardcopies, or one hard copy and access to electronic document)
What else do I need to know?
Your academic transcript will include details of all of your study at UNE on one document. There is no requirement to purchase multiple copies if you have been enrolled in multiple degrees.
Note that UNE will not release your transcript to you if you have any outstanding fees owing. If you have outstanding debts with UNE, your transcript payment will be refunded and can be reordered when the debt is cleared. We will notify you via your supplied email address if you have a debt that prevents us from releasing your transcript.
In most cases, paper copies are mailed and electronic copies are uploaded within 1 business day of your request. Minor delays of 1-2 weeks may occur at peak times if you have asked for course completion to be confirmed where this has not yet been assessed.
